For immediate release: 25N Coworking annexes 4,250 sq. ft. to expand Arlington Heights, IL workspace in Spring 2018.

 
The new build-out will occupy additional space at 25N Coworking’s current location at One Arlington Apartments and will offer fully-furnished private team rooms, dedicated desks, shared flex space, and an attached specialty café concept.

Increased demand and opportunity with Arlington Downs Residential, 25N’s current real estate partner, has culminated in a plan to develop vacant space on the East end of One Arlington Apartments’ first floor. Like its counterpart on the West side, The annex will offer fully-furnished private workspace, dedicated desks, open flex space for collaborative projects & individuals, and private phone booths. The bi-level space will also feature a boutique café concept that will offer a vendor-operated “Grab-and-Go” breakfast/lunch menu, specialty coffees/handcrafted espresso drinks, as well as uniquely-designed booths for dining while working.

The new annex is only a short walk across One Arlington’s lobby from the current 25N Arlington Heights location where members will retain access to onsite community managers, printing & other office services, and private meeting rooms. Otherwise, the site will be a fully-developed coworking space with coworking amenities like:

The space is currently under construction and the furnishings package includes a newly-designed, extra-large community work table for collaborative projects. Productivity and teamwork were key considerations for the new design, so separate zones for collaboration, socialization, and heads-down work are defined within the 4,250 sq. ft. of space.
