Our top 10 virtual moments from the year that sucked™

“Everyone knows that 2020 tested us all, in more ways than one. For our team at 25N, the terms “accountability,” “leadership” and “company culture” took on a whole new meaning, and our personal wellness took center stage.

As time wore on, I realized that something amazing was happening: we were making changes in the short term that would make us better… forever.

We leaned on each other. We established company-wide mental health and self-care practices. We asked, “how are you?” with sincerity and compassion. Challenges we faced were quickly put into perspective, and virtual collaboration became effortless.

I couldn’t be prouder of our team, and I can’t wait to see what 2021 brings.”

Like everyone else on planet Earth this year, we became absolute pros at making lemonade from lemons using countless Zoom calls to get work done and have a little fun, too.
